Shop OS launch film

A 66-second launch filmfor Shop OS, made by Cueable as spec work. It was not commissioned by Shop OS. We made it to show what a directed video can be for the brand.

The brief

Imagine a store owner running ads, SEO, product pages and creative from five different tools, with themselves as the glue. Shop OS replaces that stack with one AI team. The brief we set: launch it in about a minute, make the problem feel familiar, and leave one idea behind. One team, one conversation.

How we approached it

1. 01Start with the pain. Separate tool windows float in one at a time, each with its own job, until the line lands: you are the one stitching it all together.
2. 02Turn on one sentence. Your AI team. Humans who own the outcome. The product arrives as an answer, not a feature list.
3. 03One line, one screen. Reads your store from one URL. Runs your ads and reports the number. Fixes what turns traffic away. Each capability gets a single interface moment, so nothing competes.
4. 04Close on a conversation. A launch plan is requested in plain language, and the result comes back on screen. It ends on one call to action: Assemble my team.

What we made

A 66-second launch film in 16:9, built from product-style interface motion and kinetic type on a calm, light canvas. The store, the numbers and the screens are sample data from an invented brand.
