TERMS

Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit cueable.io, join the Cueable waitlist, create an account or use Cueable. Cueable is an AI video studio for SaaS, tech and enterprise brands. In these terms, "Cueable", "we" and "us" mean the team behind Cueable.

By using Cueable you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use Cueable for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Early access

Cueable is in early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, and we decide when and to whom we open it. Features, limits and plans may change as we build, and some parts may be unavailable or incomplete.

3. Your account

Give us accurate information when you sign up or join the waitlist, and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

4. Your content

Your content is what you give us: your brief, website address, logos, brand material, footage, images and anything else you upload or write. You keep your rights in it.

You give us permission to use your content only to provide Cueable to you: to analyze it, to direct and make your video, and to keep the service running and secure. You confirm that you have the right to use your content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

5. The videos Cueable makes

Cueable makes videos from your brief and your content, using AI. The ownership and usage rights for a finished video are described in the terms of your plan or order.

AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish it, and for how you use it, including any claims it makes and any rules that apply to your industry, such as advertising rules for financial products.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not use Cueable to:

  • break the law or help someone else do so
  • use content you do not have the right to use, or infringe someone's intellectual property or privacy
  • make material that is deceptive, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or that imitates a real person without their consent
  • upload malware, or try to break, probe or overload Cueable or its security
  • get around limits, credits or access controls, or share access to your account
  • resell Cueable, or copy or reverse engineer it, without our written permission

We may remove content or suspend access if we believe these rules have been broken.

7. Plans, credits and payments

When paid plans are available, the price, the credits included and what each video costs will be shown to you before you pay. You are charged only when work runs. If a video fails on our side, the credits for it are returned.

Payments are handled by an external payment provider. We do not store your card details. Plan and pricing details may change, and a change will not affect a plan you have already paid for until it renews.

8. Third-party services

Cueable relies on other providers for things like hosting, email and AI processing. We choose them with care, but we do not control them, and parts of Cueable may be unavailable if they are.

9. Our rights

Cueable, including the website, the software, the Cueable name and logo, and our own designs and writing, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them except to use Cueable as described here.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Cueable running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop parts of Cueable, especially during early access.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Cueable at any time. To close your account or have your data removed, write to founder@cueable.io. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal or security reasons.

12. Our responsibility

Cueable is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will meet your needs or that the videos it makes will be error-free, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, that come from using it. Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy notice.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Cueable grows. When we make an important change, we will tell you, for example on the site or by email. If you keep using Cueable after a change, you accept the updated terms.
